No breakfast, but an excellent restaurant right across the road.

The location is beautiful, right across from the ocean with excellent snorkeling. But it's isolated, nothing much in walking distance so you need a car or regular taxi rides.

Everything was amazing, the view, the space, the layout, all awesome. Great snorkeling right across the street for free. Kind staff too and the place is out of the way from the main city. Plus, the pool is set up so that you don't need to put sunscreen on in the afternoon/evening since it is in the shade from the building, but still plenty brught out. This also means beautiful sunset views on the side of the hotel facing the ocean.

My only complaint is that there were multiple cleaning products in unlabelled containers, which made cleaning tricky for things like laundry, but staff were happy to answer questions.

Single room apartment was VERY roomy a high end build, comfortable, quiet, great access to pool, tennis court and Money Bar beach club (across the road). Landmark overall security was good. The is no charge for Landmark guests to use the Money Bar beach club and the guests get a 10% discount on food and drink. The beach club has some of the best snorkelling on the island

No dislikes more just resolvable inconveniences. Few kitchen utensils (knives, forts, spoons) and kitchen freezer was malfunctioning; however, host Enrique was very responsive. The Money Bar can be busy/noisy until 10pm on the weekends but the apartment is well sound proofed. The apartment is on the ground floor close to the main entrance so other Landmark patrons can see into the apartment and patio - better curtains on the front room French doors will help.

Our stay at Landmark was magnificent. We stayed for a whole month due to an internship. Workers were really nice, and the owner of the apartment was fenomenal. She was really aware of us at all times, if we needed something she would take care of it. The best part of the day was to come back to the apartment. Lovely pool, jacuzzi and the money bar upfront is great for a nice dinner and snorkeling. I would definitely be back.

It is beautiful.

I didn't like the blinds in the bedroom. Very hard to open. Needed more light in the bathroom. Really didn't like couldn't throw garments in to dry only.
