Home đầy đủ tiện nghi nha, sạch sẽ gọn gàng, giống trong hình, thậm chí có nhiều phòng đẹp hơn hình nữa. Kiểu mình thích home như nhà kiểu vậy nè, thoải mái cực kì luôn. Cần gì cũng có thể tự làm tự chuẩn bị, giờ giấc tự do, có cả máy giặt, lò vi sóng, bát đũa chén dĩa nồi máy sinh tố gia vị, bếp từ… gần như chẳng thiếu gì cả. Tiếc cái mà có sẵn luôn cả máy sấy trong phòng luôn thì ok quá luôn. Phần máy sấy quần áo là dịch vụ nha nhưng giá cũng mềm. Khu vực home yên tĩnh, đoạn đường đi không quá đông đúc nhưng vẫn như ở nhà bình thường, gần gũi mà ra là xung quanh nhiều hàng quán nữa. Chị chủ hướng dẫn và trao đổi cực kì tận tình luôn. Giá home mềm mà vậy là cực kì ưng rồi á. Tivi cũng kết nối ytb hoặc netflix ok luôn nha

I stayed here for 10 weeks as a digital nomad and it was a great choice for a long stay. The room had everything I needed, including a small kitchenette and a washing machine, which was a huge convenience. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Da Nang heat and humidity. Location was good—about a 30-minute walk to My Khe Beach, with restaurants nearby, and Grab deliveries/pickups available. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and easy to reach.

The only drawback was the WiFi, which wasn’t always reliable. Fortunately, mobile reception in the room was strong and worked well as a backup.

Грязный в пятнах диван. Окна прям на стройку, поэтому окна постоянно приходилось завешивать. Шум был с рассвета до заката. Постельное ни разу не предложили поменять. Уборки не было.

I lived in these apartments for a whole year, and I can confidently say that it's an excellent place. It's very quiet and peaceful, with friendly and considerate owners, and the price is quite reasonable. Whenever any issues arose, help was provided promptly.

The hotel has a small number of rooms, quiet area. Fully equipped rooms, kitchen, washing machine, private toilet, everything is very suitable.

The host was so kind and helpful, it's one of the best home stay options in this area. We met the family and they made us feel like home.

The plus point is that it is very close to the center. But go to the sea about 2 km. Room has a small kitchen and full washing machine.

The owner is enthusiastic and supports everything, Motorbikes available for rent, everything is very thoughtful.

The hotel is conveniently located, a few kilometers from the main beach of Da Nang and a few kilometers from the commercial center. If you often go to the beach but do not want to live in crowded and noisy tourist spots - this is the right place for you. There is a sports field nearby, some supermarkets and pharmacies are also just a walking distance away. The hotel has few rooms so the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, suitable for long stays. Regarding the family infrastructure, there is everything you need for life: kitchen, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator (normal size, not minibar), washing machine, hair dryer. On the rooftop, there is a place where you can practice boxing and you can grill meat, if you like.
