Good location decent shower

The beds were very worn and uncomfortable and the caravan was also dated.furniture worn,kitchen pots and pans definitely needed replacing the caravan itself needed a good clean No internet at all and the swimming pool was closed on our first day as it was being repaired.

The shower worked.

First impressions - mould on caravan exterior and decking. Steps to decking sagging, bordering on dangerous. Lounge seating had collapsed due to mouldy and broken framework - botched DIY attempt to support broken framework with housebricks! Rubbish underneath seating - a good dust and clean seems long overdue. Problems with most window catches and with ill-fitting front door. Oven not fully igniting, same with hobs. Crockery so dirty as to be unusable - fortunately we had taken our own. Icing on the cake was soiled underwear and tissue on top of one of the above-bed cabinets.

The owners of the caravan were fantastic! Couldn’t fault them at all! So helpful and did everything to ensure we had a lovely holiday.

Slightly dated caravan however had everything we needed. Excellent location- great entertainment- clean pool.

Nice and tidy and close enough to the club house

The caravan was spotlessly clean and spacious for our family of 5. It was well equipped and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, even going so far as to deliver a brand new hairdryer within the hour! The property was ideally located a short walk to the park facilities, and not much further from the beach where you could find all sorts of entertainment for the kids and adults alike. Highly recommend for young families and equally friends looking for a quiet break, as it’s located in the privately owned area.

Nothing. It met our needs perfectly.

Good location. Nice sized caravan. Most of the facilities in the caravan were very good.

Some minor complaints were the outside of the caravan could do with a clean. The external gate wouldn’t close properly (we had a 4 year old) The rings on the cooker were filthy, we had to give them a good scrub before we could use them. The curtains were hanging off their hooks and we had to rehang them. These minor problems did not detract from our enjoyment of the caravan and our holiday overall
