Dawlish Sea View Apartment

Location was great, perfect size for us. Lovely to have a secure car space.

We have stayed at this property before as we like the location and the access to local transport We can leave the car parked at the location and travel by bus or local train to the surrounding areas We like to the walk along the sea wall to the Warren

There is nothing we don't like as we know the area well Hopefully the work on the storm water upgrade will be finished when we come back in September

The view was perfect

The accommodation needed a little bit of love it was very worn and unloved

Lovely views across the bay ,could see the trains,and also look down onto the town stream where the famous black swans are. The flat was located in an easy to reach place,for trains,buses,seafront and town. Very handy parking space under the flat. Great fresh smelling bedding too. The treats on arrival were very nice and above the norm,the cream tea was delicious 😋

There wasn't much not to like in the flat ,the only thing that wasn't that clean was the kitchen cupboards and contents, apart from that everything was lovely and clean. Not the owners fault, but under the flat there is a Bar and cafe,and it was quite noisy, and the chairs being put away after close were annoying for trying to sleep,but the 4.30am wake up when they were setting the chair and tables up again for start of day were really trying, sorry to say but definitely not the owners of flats fault
