This delightful little rural farm cottage is situated against the mountain, looking out onto vineyards. It is at the start of Meiringspoort. The cottate is clean, neat, calm and comfortable. I would love to spend a week there. It has a good braai area out at the back and all the amenities you need to have a very comfortable stay. The beds are comfy too. Our host kindly left us a complementary bottle of their own wine. It was good. I would recommend booking this and would like to return some day.

Nothing - I enjoyed our one night stay very much.

Had a really great time here, fantastic location and easy to get to. The cottage(werkershuis) was very well appointed, clean, well laid out and very comfortable. It is also pet friendly with ample space. I can definitely recommend the place to anyone wanting a nice break or to explore the area. Added bonus was the complementary wine and interesting books on the history of the pass. Our host Debbie was fantastic and will go the extra mile for you.
