Hillcrest House Holiday Suites

A very relaxing experience. The private use of the hot tub and sauna was amazing. The welcome basket of drinks and snacks was an unexpected treat. I arrived really famished and got a great recommendation for a great steak. A two minute walk and you’re in the heart of the town.

Loved our stay here. We were upgraded to the 2 bedroom unit at no extra cost. It had everything we needed and the location is fantastic. Trisha was great with answering any questions, and made our stay so much easier with everything detailed for our visit.

The property was lovely, easily accessible, clean, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen, bed was comfortable, plenty of sitting areas and my husband absolutely loved the homemade scones.

I think the only downside was the inside of the shower. I found a clump of hair on the wall, some dirt in the bottom tray, and there is a mildewy tile which doesn’t look very good at all. The only other suggestion I do have, being landlords ourselves, is charge a little more and allow people to use the hot tub, there will still be those that don’t and then you’ll be ahead of the game, but then those that want to don’t have to necessarily book it. Sometimes you just don’t know ahead of time. What do you want to use the hot tub or not?
