Cosy Beautiful One bedroom Flat

James was very kind and met us in person. He also assisted us with carrying the luggages up the steep steps.

I knocked my head twice on the inclined ceiling but was ok after I got used to it. The double bed was a bit small.

This super flat is situated in a very quiet residential cul-de-sac in Pixham. The flat consists of a kitchen and sitting room on the first floor with the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. Very well designed, modern and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and there was both a dish washer and a washing machine. There were excellent views of the hills from the back windows. A well hidden alley way round the corner provides a short cut to a small Tescos nearby.To note that a GBP 100 damage desposit is payable at latest on arrival and refunded on departure. The parking space is on a steep incline, but we had no trouble parking in the street outside the property.

Entry is via a small staircase. The code for the key box was e-mailed just a few minutes before arrival time, so we missed it. But when we knocked on the hosts door, James came to our rescue and sorted it out for us.

Nothing A bit uncomfortable o cover found out the host lives down stairs. But they kept away and we had privacy +++

My second time staying there. The flat has all you need for a comfortable self catering stay, Very comfortable bed and fold out sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped and a bonus to have a washing machine. Lovely views. Exceptionally clean, tidy and new.

Lovely little property. Well placed for our requirements. On street parking in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Would be happy to revisit. Great views.
