I liked the location. 10 min walking to the university institute I visited and also 10min to the central station with tram. The Tram station is very near. There is a washing machine and an iron. Paintings on the wall with soft color combinations were nice to look at.

The bathroom would be humid even if I had the window wide open and so it was with the whole room. Dishes weren’t clean. Once there were guests on the upper floor who were making party at night. That was too loud.
