Die sehr gute Lage direkt am „Großen Garten“ und Innenstadtnah -für Urlauber mit Rad ideal. Und die nette - im Hochsommer recht kühle Wohnung.

Es gibt viele Lichtquellen und eine gute HaushaltsAusstattung. Die Fenster sind schalldicht.

Besonders schlimm sind die durchgelegenen Lattenroste! Ich bin sehr schlank, trotzdem ist mein Rücken auf der Matratze durchgehangen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche müffeln und fühlen sich immer feucht an. Regelmässig rasen Güterzüge recht nahe vorbei, sodass schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht denkbar ist. Der Fussweg zum Anschluss Öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel beträgt einen guten Kilometer.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Gute Größe, gute Lage. Parkplatz ist Straße, keine Probleme mit Platz.

Wohnung ist feucht, über 67 Prozent Luftfeuchtigkeit. Entfeuchter muss ganze Zeit arbeiten.
