DEDie Lage ist zentral und doch recht ruhig und angenehm.Parkplatz kostenlos in der anliegenden Straße zu finden.Ausstattung ist top. Die Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch und sehr freundlich.
Kleinigkeiten wie fehlendes Licht am Hauseingangsbereich und vielleicht das ich auf die versprochene Badewanne verzichten musste 😉 (durch Zimmerwechsel)
DERuhige Lage, aber sehr gut angebunden. Gute Ausstattung.

Neighbors were crazy noisy on the last night having a party, so I was up quite late.
ATDELocation next to the university campus that I was visiting.
The price was on a high end, I believe due to the location next to the campus. One had to pay at the moment of booking as the only option, including city tax, that in case of a business trip should not be paid. It took 2 months to get reimbourced until the check out, even if I provided needed documentation right away. Instructions about checkin are not precise. It is written that one has to pay 100 Euro deposit in cash, so I had to search for ATM on my arrival and at the end it was not needed. One has to meet a person (a very nice lady) to get the keys (no key box) and sign paper work and there was a risk I will have to wait on the street for some time due to a conflict with other check in. I would expect more flexibility and a key box from a property that charges more than a month before arrival. No possibility to leave luggage somewhere after check out. Bad was too soft.
