Studio Apartment in TOP Location (Nuvoom)

It is very near to the train station where we can easily go around the cities of Saxony. It is very near to the old city. The place is very peaceful and near a supermarket where we can buy what we needed and also restaurants are just around the corner.

The couch is not a comfort to sleep in.

Nice, comfortable, correct in a great pleace. Evrething is so close as like shop, public transport, museums, cafés, restaurants also. I like it.

the bathroom basin was blocked therefore the water could not sink properly.

The location is great, very close to the city center, you can walk everywhere. The apartment is well equiped and the bed was comfy. Overall it was clean. Paid parking was possible on the street.

The bathroom sink was clogged. Even though the kitchen was well equiped, it wasn't very convenient because it was very small so don't expect to cook big meals there.

Great place to see the Christmas markets from and quite suitable for working with both a desk and a table, great wifi etc. The kitchen was really well equipped but had no bench space so you need to be creative. Comfortable beds, large tv, uncomfortable couch.

The couch was really uncomfortable and we had no instructions on where the washing machine was located. It would’ve been nice if host could’ve let us know once the property was ready so we could move in out of the cold.
