Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Balkon mit einem Blick ins Grüne, tolle Herbstfarben! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation klappte einwandfrei! Wir sind oft in Dresden und kommen gerne wieder! Danke an die liebe Familie Schattel!

The place is close to many bus stops and the Fraunhofer Institute gate. It has a lovely balcony with a garden view, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities work as expected. The Schattel family was excellent hosts, even helping bring the luggage to the third floor.

Although we had a setback in our check-in, the hosts promptly came to open the doors for us, and the issue was solved in less than 15 minutes.

Komfortabel, sauber, alles da, was benötigt wird. Gute Anbindung an ÖVP, ruhig, Aussicht ins Grüne. Und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Nach den Sportveranstaltungen bei den Finals 25 war es ein wunderbares Heimkommen. Super nette Kommunikation, Preis/Leistung 10 von 10. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
