Die Lage war gut. Mit dem Nahverkehr war man schnell in der Dresdner Innenstadt.

Es roch etwas muffelig und hier und da waren Schimmelflecke erkennbar.

Расположение в тихом месте. Было чисто. На маленькой кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи. До центра на машине 10 минут. Парковка вдоль дороги.

Это не квартира, а переоборудованный гараж под жилое помещение. Чувствуется холод от всех стен и пола, а также затхлый запах. Матрасы и подушки требуют замены. Ледяной пол, по которому босиком не возможно ходить. Пол в ванной не просыхает. Нет вентиляции, очень плохой микроклимат.

Es war alles da was man so braucht . Die Betten war gross genug und bequem. Von der Verkehrslage her , war es optimal mit 7 min zu Fuß zur Straßenbahn in die City. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht weit zu Kaufkand.

Die Handtücher waren sehr hart. Das Wlan hatte schlechten empfang , der Router war wahrscheinlich zu weit weg
