Apartments on Moray & Bath

Beautiful place to stay in Dunedin! Right in the centre of town, across the road from a Woolworths. Apartment was wonderfully furnished, very comfortable and chic. 2 massive bathrooms with plenty of room. Cooking facilities were great and we had everything we could possibly need.

Excellent location, excellent property condition, layout, features, privacy, interaction with hosts.

The necessity to continually check on my vehicle parking status was NOT ideal. Even though I was there for only 2 nights, I made multiple trips to the street or a parking garage to move my car before it became illegally parked. Perhaps the hosts might strike a deal with the local garage to allow 24 hour parking for their guests at a reasonable rate. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it wasn't fun.

It was great to have 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

The key was not in the lockbox when we arrived. It was just by chance that other guests who had arrived just before us, decided to head out again and when we told them that our key was not there, they advised that their lockbox had 2 keys, and one of these did not fit their lock. When we tried this, luckily it unlocked our door. I contacted the host to advise them of this issue and was underwhelmed by their response - no apology, just ‘thanks for letting me know’. Given that the key was labelled for Unit 2, I fear this could happen to other guests. Additionally, I don’t recall a mention of the stairs in the ad and this would be a relevant factor for many.

steep stairs,especially when you travel solo with a large suitcase.

Very central and with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Very helpful assistance on arrival

Beds were a little too hard for our liking. But otherwise, everything else was good.
