Cleanliness can be improved (paintings or photos) behind back have some kind of cocoon. Frame in the toilet already broken. Some part of the wall need slight repainting since its common with active incoming guests, the wall will get bump regularly and will leave stain or dirt. Sound from above sometimes can be quite loud (foot steps). Again cleanliness can be improved

床品不干净，有头发残留。房子隔音差，楼上半夜放音乐，脚步声，很吵

以價錢而言仍然物超所值：房間很大，地點很方便，房間也足夠溫暖，除了睡眠區域還有餐桌和沙發，住較長天數也會覺得相當舒適。

房子只有洗衣機沒有烘衣機。但真正的問題在於，沒有烘衣機卻又缺乏晾衣架。假如能夠提供一個夠大的晾衣架，即使是活動的也沒有關係，整體而言會好非常多。另外，房間實際上是把原本的一間房子分割成兩間房間出租，因此會聽到樓上的房客非常大聲的走路聲。

The spaciousness/ open plan feel. Good quality bed and bedding. Easy parking and proximity to the centre of Dunedin.

Strong smell of washing powder as we came in. Had to open all the windows even though it was cold outside. Lux to us would be underfloor heating , electric blanket on the bed (not having it on the bed in winter is wrong) not in storage. No ground coffee for the plunger and 1 choice of tea bags is hardly lux.
