La zona es muy tranquila aunque bastante alejada del centro. Los dueños son muy atentos y serviciales. Es un alojamiento básico que puede acomodar a muchas personas. Para estadías cortas.

Deberían cuidar algunos aspectos: había un jabón en la ducha pero estaba usado. El inodoro no tenía asiento ni tapa y la cisterna no tenía la cadena típica hacia el costado sino que había que levantar con fuerza para descargarla (tampoco estaba bien sujeta a la pared).
