As expected been before everything we needed. For the price is good its not luxury but clean and comfortable. Brought granddaughter didnt walk to beach a little far for her but parked a little further along .

Lovely view from the lounge window. Surrounded by a beautiful garden. Easy parking. Located right by the train station so easy to get to Barmouth and Harlech. Caravan is basic and would benefit from more kitchen equipment but comfortable stay. Very helpful and welcoming host.

No non scratch kitchen utensils and would benefit generally from more kitchen equipment
