Super Lage, schön ruhig, Blick auf die Zugspitze. Ausstattung war sehr gut, alles da was man braucht. Wir würden dort wieder buchen 👍

Die Couch könnte mal gewechselt werden, die hat ihre besten Jahre hinter sich.

Great location, owner was friendly and helpful. Lovely balcony for reading with an amazing view. Good value for money, would recommend.

Location is perfect for skiing and hiking! 1 min to Ehrwald cable and 10 mins to zugspitz( Austria side) cable with car. Mr Posch is very nice and always do your favour if you need. The size of apartment is fantastic for family, very clean and full equipments in kitchen and bathroom whatever you need. Fully recommend.

We stayed in the balcony room on the second floor (room number 4). The view from the balcony is special. The bedroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room are spacious and pleasant with lots of light. The bathroom is tiny, so much so that above average-sized people would struggle to use it. The shower cubicle and shower are good though and we always had hot water. Good location for cable car (15 minutes walk uphill) and also a reasonable walk into town (uphill going back). The bed is large and comfortable. Parking right outside the door. I don't think there was anyone above us on the top floor so we heard little noise from other guests.

The whole place is a bit old fashioned and lacked some love and attention. Not entirely as clean as we would have liked, especially the oven which was filthy with a clean piece of baking sheet placed over the dirty racks. WiFi was very poor and often non-existent. The entrance stairs smelt of smoke (presumably from the owner). Our room was above the bar area and smoke often drifted onto our balcony and into room. There was some noise but it didn't go on late.

Building works next door

Very clean, quiet apartment on the second floor vith the balcony and amazing view of the mountains from every room. Super comfortable layout with very well stocked up kitchen. Supermarket and bakery is a few minutes drive. Pretty close to various hiking trails and attractions.
