Stylish Basement Studio in Central El Paso - Very spacious

It's a great place near the downtown of El Paso - it's really spacious, clean and well equipped. We needed to use a washing machine and a dryer - all at our desposal. We recommend this place to everybody!

The apartment was big, secure, and in a quiet residential area. The manager is nearby and assisted me when I needed help. The bathroom is huge with everything I needed.

The beds were OK but the couch/ sleeper sofa was covered in animal hair and the bedding was wadded up underneath it. The shower had hot water and adequate water pressure.

The toilet was not flushing all the way when we arrived and stopped flushing altogether in the morning. It plugged up, filled with water, and almost overflowed. There was a small and ineffective plunger under the sink and we tried several times to plunge the water, but there wasn't enough suction with the plunger. We were a party of 5 and none of us was able to use the toilet. I contacted the hosts and they didn't make an attempt to fix the issue while we were there. The host only asked me to let them know when I left, so they could call a plumber. My guess is the host is already aware of the pre-existing plumbing issues (e.g., plunger in the bathroom) with the only toilet in this apartment...

Clean, spacious and well presented, easy parking and safe.

The very noticeable noise from occupants above, creaking, walking sounds.
