Comfortable Suite with private entrance & private bathroom

I did like the property. I never did see any staff however

It was imposible to enjoy the stay due to the loud barking not only at the location where the room was but also in the surrounding areas. Since like 6 in the morning there was constant barking that went on all day

1/There was an hour's delay before we could get in to the property despite messaging/calling the owner on our arrival at 7 pm. We had to escalate it to booking.com. Why could the owner not message us the access code beforehand especially as we'd paid in full days in advance.l, instead of us waiting in the car outside in the dark for an hour? 2/There were dogs barking from 06:30 until 1030pm 3/Washing machines are communal ie shared with others so be prepared to wait until the others in the block have finished their washing. 4/The clothes cupboard door was broken and hanging loose. The gate kept falling apart. This is more like an amateurish Airbnb. It's a room at the back of a normal residential house.

I never used an Airbnb or rental place so after I paid 5 days in advance I messaged where and how I get a key and didn't get a response until 3 days later so I paid money for nothing,never got a key in time so I can't say how the room was,never again!!! Money down the drain for nothing

The room was very clean and for the most part private it’s is a good cozy place to stay if your looking to just work and come home and sleep

It was really close to the facility we were going.

There was a lot of pee smell from cats. The other roommates took all the parking spot instead of leaving space for others to park.

1. Washing machine running whole day with big noise. 2. Linens set was not clean with popcorn left from last room guest.

Clean, extremely comfortable bed, nice large bathroom, awesome location near downtown, easy to find/access.
