We travelled to Emerald from Central Victoria to perform at the Hills Ukulele Festival. As a 'band' we found the accomodation perfect for our needs... with a separate bed for all members and a lovely living area to rehearse in. It was warm, comfortable, easy to locate and perfectly located to the venue we were performing at. The scenic view of the Lake could be seen from the living area and both bedrooms was... and was absolutely beautiful. The climb up the stairs to our 2nd floor accomodation proved a little challenging in the rain at night, but we managed, and it was worth it for the view! The food made available to us was an added bonus and greatly appreciated. Fresh fruit, milk, bread, bacon & eggs, breakfast juice and cerial, coffee, an assortment of teas and butter. There were even ice trays and freezer blocks available.

The climb up and down the stairs proved challenging at night and in the rain and we had to be very careful of our footing. For older individuals (we were all in our 50s) this could prove quite hazardous. Having said that, the climb was worth it for the view!
