"Great apartment, great location, well presented & exceptionally clean"

Simple phone call & met within 10 mins with the keys

the bathroom handle/lock very worn and not up to expected standard- suppose usual wear & tear but needs fixing

"It was ok. Clean enough. Bed was hard. I’ve had worse working trips. But I won’t stay there again."

The lady met us outside

The lady told us not to go by the front desk or the concierge/staff member would get mad at us. Not a big deal because we were at the other end.

For the second year running there was not enough toilet tissue available. Three senior ladies tend to pee a lot, there was on full and one part roll of toilet tissue which was not enough, we had to buy our own.
