Beachfront Modern Apartment

We stayed at Beachfront Modern Apartments in Eretria as a group of 5, and it was an incredible experience! The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms and a large living room combined with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen had everything you could need, from dishes to various appliances like a toaster, mixer, and coffee maker, making it feel just like home. Each room has its own air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights is the large terrace with a breathtaking view. The apartment also has private access to a beautiful sandy beach, located right in front of the house. It's perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. If you're looking for some adventure, I highly recommend exploring the nearby beaches on the eastern side of the island, which are about an hour’s drive away. Alternatively, you can take the ferry from Eretria and visit Athens for a day trip.

Everything was fine, nice, clean and extra equipped.

The apartment is in excellent condition and has all the facilities you might need during your stay. The host was responsive and was able to provide immediate response to a few questions we had upon arrival.

The only downside is that the beach next to the apartment is not ideal, but still good for swimming. You can walk 10-15 minutes or drive 3 minutes to a beach with a few beach bars that are okay and comfortable.

Exactly as described, on the beach, perfect place to relax. Very well furnished apartment, equipped with everything you need, even more than expected. Thanks for the perfect vacation.

At the slightest wind the awning bangs against the wall and makes a terrible noise, which is definitely disturbing at night.
