Lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings. Clean and spacious with everything you need for your stay. We would happily stay again, especially in the summer to take advantage of the gorgeous terrace.

The BESOTEL Erkrath is located within the city limits of Erkrath. The apartments are easily accessible, well equipped and well maintained. The location is within short driving distance to town and local attractions. Duesseldorf can be reached via a short ride on the Autobahn. Ralf and his team did a great job to make us comfortable. Even a last-minute change in our plans was no problem. We could extend the stay and enjoyed another week.

The flat itself was pleasant and a convenient location for Dusseldorf airport.

Bathroom had not been properly cleaned before our stay. There was a sanitary pad under the toilet and earbuds wedged into artwork on the wall. Bin bags were not initially supplied but were delivered after emailing the host. The host did not reply to my email about cleanliness promptly enough for us to arrange a time for their cleaners to rectify the issues.

The apartment was big enough to fit our needs. Rooms were spacious and good looking. Kitchen was fully equipped. A big advantage for coffee set, filled with coffee beans! It's a quiet neighbourhood and a park is just nearby (but we haven't find tome to visit it). We had a view on it and it was great! There is a lot parking spaces around in the evenings so don't bother about dedicated parking place. A gas station and grocery store (Lidl) is a few minutes walking (open till 10pm)

It's a tip, not a disadvantage - it was a bit cold when we entered the flat but we used electric heaters (available inside) and quickly raised the temperature. Everything was fine!

Very spacious flat. Nice deco. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable large bed. Big Bedrooms and bathroom.

The Wifi and TV stopped functioning during the first evening. We complained to the host online. Through our exchange, it was determined that the problem was with the main internet "Leitung". However, it was never fixed. We never got the Wifi service back again.

This is an amazing apartment and we all enjoyed every bit of the property. Wish we could stay more days. This will definitely my choice for the second visit.

They know what they are doing, so I ask other hotels/places/etc. to look at their website or Booking.com page and see how they serve their customers or people who are traveling a lot. I use Booking.com very often, and this place entered my top 5 - well done! Specifically, beds are great. Cleanliness is great. The location is great, a very quiet area. Close to supermarket Lidl. Close to Total gas station (if I remember the name correctly). You can find whatever you need in the kitchen. I liked the balcony as well.

One thing - when we were leaving, there was one lady who asked us to give the keys to her directly instead of putting them into the lockbox. This was not a good feeling, because, until the last second, I was not sure if she was the right person or not, because it was the key to the whole building and one apartment, I did not want to take this responsibility. Then my wife told me that she was able to open all lockboxes so I trusted her and handed over the keys. My only advice would be - please tell your staff not to ask for keys directly. Let guests leave these keys where they picked them up from, it's safer and less concerning.

The apartment was cozy, furniture new, coffee machine available,the neighbours from the coffee shop near ate building brought us sweets which was very kind .We was able to make early check in.In general for the price apartment is very good.

It was cold in the bedroom,strage smell in the dining room area,we gad stay 7 nights and there was nothing to clean the floor or sanitary products,also towels we has to use same for 8 days.
