The apartment has everything in it, close to shops, cafés, restaurants,beach and train station

A high quality souterrain flat with lots of space, great bed, great appliances. Host was very nice and helpful. The area is a quiet neighborhood yet you can walk everywhere in 5 minutes.

The only thing that bothered me throughout the stay was a slight sewer smell that kept wafting through the rooms. When keeping the windows open it was fine, but you can't keep them open all the time with mosquitoes around.

The location of the apartment is great, a short walk from the center of Espinho. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the essentials you might need to prepare meals. Its a quiet neighbourghood. The TV works very well, the bathroom was clean and the living room is cozy, with a good sofa and cute decoration with local flowers.

Unfortunately the biggest problem was the bed, that was really uncomfortable. The hot water also ran out in the shower, so two people should wait a bit to use it subsequently. Maybe because of the weather, there were a lot of annoying bugs in the outside corridor of the apartment, and many small spiders inside. There is also a bit of a damp smell, as it is humid and it is on the ground floor and there is not a lot of sunlight.
