The property is okay itself. But awfully managed.

We had no hot water. We have noticed it absence at arrival. We have contacted the management, however, with no result. At the third lad, come to fix it. We had hot water only for one day, then it stopped. Tried to contact them again, but they didn't manage to fix it till our leave. Don't advise this property unless you're a fan of cold showers. We had to wait for them to bring us the keys for two hours even though they knew the exact time of our arrival. We have noticed them prior to our arrival and texted again from the airport that we're on the way. Had to stay outside after a long flight with the luggage. Very disrespectful. Everything is very old and messy. Only good thing that the property was kind of clean. I can't complain regarding this aspect. But the management is not just poor, but terrible.

1st - We accidentally booked the property for a day earlier and we’re not contacted at all about receiving the keys till the 2nd day of the stay. 2nd - There were huge bed bugs on the bed that made it impossible to sleep on it 3rd - The couch (which was our option for a bed since it was the only place we couldn’t see bugs on) is broken and dirty 4th - The bed’s clothes are super dirty and it seems like they haven’t been changed in a while 5th - The whole apartment is a full on boiler room and the AC doesn’t work

The apartment is comfortable and has good lighting.

The Airbnb, in my opinion, should at least provide basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. Not only was none of this provided, but there were also no kitchen cleaning supplies. We had to buy a sponge, cleaning cloth, shampoo, and conditioner ourselves.

Clean, comfortable apartment in a very convenient location.

Location. Quick walking distance to Supermarket, beach and train station. On fourth floor ( 3rd floor in Portugal as firsf floor is 0) so it is good for exercise. Quiet neighborhood of mostly local peopls.

Apartment needs attention and care. We wrote an email reporting issues bur nothing was fixed. -mold on terrace ceiling -Wifi id unstable and unreliable. -2 burners on the stove don’t work. -TV remote did not match the tv so we had to turn on manually on TV. -bed frame end is to close to wall so i hit myself several times. -bed is not the most comfortable and very low to floor. No pillow cases for all pillows. -old things that have rust in the bathroom. -overall the apartment needs TLC.

The location was excellent. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great.

It needed some maintenance around the dining area. The kitchen had the bare minimum of cooking ware. Other than that, it was ok.
