"Close to the beach for doggy guests"

Loved being just around the corner from the beach (dog friendly all year around) and five minutes walk from a fabulous fish restaurant. Plenty of books to read, and games for children. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

Generally the flat had everything we needed. We found the bed uncomfortably soft (we're getting on a bit), and struggled to get out of it. Also possibly age related, we found the lighting poor in the sitting room. There's a lot of clutter around, resulting in very little space to put things down anywhere, or to open up the dining table. We ended up moving a few items into the spare room.

"Lovely place & location"

Excellent location easy access clean & tidy comfy beds good range of books & games great shower washer cooker and hob

Toilet at opposite end of flat from bedrooms for someone like me with mobility issues it would be better to have small toilet & washbasin ensuite in one of bedrooms, both sofa's were only 2 seater & found hard to relax as neither reclined. Wi-fi kept dropping out on tv

"Perfect place to stay to explore Exmouth"

Gorgeous flat, very cosy and homely with some lovely extra touches. Location was fab too.

The parking space was a bit tricky to get in and out of as it’s off a small lane and lots of other cars parked there.

Stunning apartment, clean, cosy and had everything we could need. Perfect location and felt like a home away from home. Our anxious dog settled in perfectly.

The host gave us all the info ahead of our stay that was needed you couldn’t not pick a more central location the apartment was well equipped they really have thought of everything and the beds were excellent
