The property is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Lisa was a fantastic host and communication before the trip was excellent. Maybe should be advertised as sleeps 3, rather than 4.

I travel a lot for work and stay in many private flats as well as hotels and B&Bs and have never had cause to complain or write ANYTHING negative about any other place When I complained - mainly about the windows but also about the poor level of renovation in general I was told to leave that day (got a message at 4pm) and I would have to find somewhere else to stay for one night on a Saturday night! At the same time I was told by the owner IN WRITING that I would be refunded in full. This has not been done despite chasers: owners are therefore dishonest. I had been hoping to leave a slightly less negative review if they had refunded as THEY OFFERED, but not now possible DO NOT BOOK OR USE THIS PLACE for the time being.
