Location

The apartment is long overdue for renovation. Everything is very old, dirty, and broken (cabinets, nightstands, etc.). The soundproofing from the neighbors is terrible. When they start vacuuming and mopping the floors above you at 11:00 PM, it's impossible to rest or sleep. There's no Wi-Fi. The owner didn't respond to messages after we moved in.

Отличное местоположение, центральнее просто некуда. Квартира совсем маленькая, на одного человека в самый раз. Несмотря на то, что располагается в старом здании, ремонт свежий; ванная оборудована отлично, полотенец хватает. В квартире нигде сквозняка нет, шторы со своей задачей справлялись и свет не пропускали.

В квартире нет нормальной плиты/микроволновки и вместо неё какая-то непонятная мини-печь которая совсем не греет - посуда была горячая, а еда - холодная, неприятно. Вообще, из всей квартиры кухня больше всего подкачала - холодильник маленький и гудит так, будто собирается взлететь в космос. К самой квартире это не относится, но само здание старое и малость раздолбленное + обратите внимание, что для того, чтобы подняться даже на нулевой этаж надо пройти по ступенькам - не очень удобно с большим количеством багажа/ коляской и т.д.

Lokalizacja. Dużo miejsca. Na miejscu było wszystko co potrzeba. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy. Potrzebując apartamentu w tej lokalizacji skorzystałbym jeszcze raz.

Nie dało się ustawić kaloryferów tak, żeby mocniej grzały. Podłoga w połowie mieszkania to płytki, które są zimne.
