Location - close to Royal Route. I am afraid, this is the only positive thing about this property. They also agreed for an hour early check in.

Poor communication - called multiple times as the washing machine didn't work, someone was supposed to get back with instructions which never happened. The property owner/care taker was disinterested in communication, ready to put the phone down. Dated property. The property didn't meet our expectations.
