Por ser próximo da rua, o barulho de pessoas voltando das baladas é terrível, até os próprios vizinhos ouvem músicas proibidas em volume alto. Cama de casal muito dura.

El precio, y la ubicación céntrica

El ruido! Las paredes con los otros pisos son de madera y se oye todo, cualquier conversación, la música de los vecinos y sobre todo la gente que pasa por la calle. Además la calle es de tránsito.
