Villa Ferialis

Beautiful area of Germany. Location is quiet and peaceful. The accommodation is very nicely presented. We loved staying here. The decoration is very tasteful and we were surprised how spacious it was. We travelled with three adults and sofa bed very comfy. Full kitchen available with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Amazing shower! Sperate toilet to shower was a nice touch. Small outside area is nice and would be amazing in summer for a BBQ and to relax. We will defiantly be back!

Plug sockets in bedroom too high for phone charger. Wardrobe doors didn't close, light switch for bedroom not in bedroom. Maybe a curtain instead of blind as some light comes through in morning. These did not detract from our experience however, small things to fix

Quiet location in peaceful village near Xanten. Friendly host with excellent English skills. Short walk into village with several honey restaurants

Very clean and nice place

The pin code provided by host on the confirmation email did not function, host did not respond to calls and emails, had to get next door nursery business involve to gain access to the property. Additionally, there was EV charging point which I was not able to use due to lack of response from host, nor any mention in welcome email for codes or charges for using them!

Feedback for improving, could be nice having some shower gel & shampoo in the bathroom, also a hanger to hang the clothes or the pijamas after, because there was space just for the towels. From my point of view I am just saying this as a recommendation.

Really nice place to stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was excellent and the parking space in front is a huge advantage.
