"Sfeervol appartement met uitstekende ligging."

Sfeervol ingericht appartement. Goede bedden. Alles was op loopafstand. Er was een prima ventilator aanwezig. Ruime woonkamer.

De keuken was niet goed schoongemaakt. Op de bank kun je niet goed zitten, alleen liggen.

"Mooi en comfortabel appartement in het centrum van Xanten"

Een ruim, schoon en gezellig appartement. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig en comfortabel verblijf. Bij aankomst stond een lekker likeurtje voor ons klaar. Het Dolce Gusto koffieapparaat en de privé parkeerplaats waren ook heel fijn. Het centrale plein met cafés en restaurants is op loopafstand. We komen hier graag terug als we weer naar Xanten gaan.

De bank in de woonkamer is niet geschikt om op te zitten, je kunt er alleen op liggen. En de douche heeft een extreem hoge instap. Maar verder was het meer dan prima.

"Tolle Lage mit Parkplatz"

Tolle Lage, Parkplatz, sehr geräumig, nett eingerichtet, sauber

Die Couch ist leider nicht für ältere Menschen ( wir 64 und 65) sie ist sehr tief und weich. Man kommt sehr schlecht wieder auf. Eine Kapselmaschine für Kaffe finden wir nicht mehr zeitgemäß ....
