Appartamento nuovo, fresco ed estremamente funzionale, posizione eccellente, vista sul mare dal balconcino! Proprietaria seria, professionale e soprattutto cordiale e molto disponibile.

The host was wery helpful

Serena is just a great host. She took care on just everything. She booked us a parking space (what is not too easy in Alassio), she took care on booking us sun chairs and umbrella in a private beach, bagni (what we just recommend in that region and in high season as most beaches are private). Everything easy and simple. The appartement is very clean in a very new condition. Everything there what is needed. We really felt very well.

Internet connection could be improved. After some debugging together with Serena during our first day, internet connection could be established sufficient for browsing and using social media. For my increased internet access requirements for work I have been equipped privately as used to travel and finding spots with poorer internet access. But to mention here as positive: the router in the appartement has been such remote one, you can take with you when leaving the the appartement. So having had free internet access during shopping in the city, during dinner in restaurants and on the beach. GREAT.

Serena is the best host you can ask for. Attentive , reliable, above and beyond helpful and friendly. Apt is in most perfect location, 2 min from the beach. Get up in the morning and catch the most beautiful sunrise since it is literally just around the corner. Apt is clean, comfortable, spacious and bright, in a quiet and safe area. 100% recommended !

I worked 2nd week of my stay and I had a little trouble with internet strength for video calls but all good for general browsing /social media etc. It may have been the location of the router more than anything else.
