GRAND TERRACE APARTMENT in Puerto de Alcudia

Huge apartment first line right between the port and the beginning bay of Alcúdia. Absolute highlight is the terrace with sun beds and a big table and the living room with sea view. The apartment is comfortably furbished and has everything you need for a stay. Two of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom which is great.

By the nature of its size during winter its takes time and effort to heated up comfortably. While the host Narcís was very friendly when we met him, he was not reliably responding. Even though we contacted him early in advance we only received directions when we were already at the airport in Palma. Also we asked 3 days in advance if we could check out a bit later than 10am but we never received an answer, not even a simple "no".

The place of apartament is perfect, near the beach, around there are a lot of cafes and shops, the view from the terace is super, the apartament is spacious, very beautiful and stylish. The owner is friendly and kind. In the apartament there is everything you need.

The apartment is extremely large, the depth is 25 metres! It's very stylish. We loved the large balcony with lounge set, where we had sun the whole day. The host was very kind and helpful.

In two of the four bedrooms the beds were quite hard. Port d'Alcudia is in winter not very lively. Most restaurants and shops were closed.

Everything!! Apartment is amazing! Even better than the photos. Narcia was an amazing point of contact and v helpful.

Nothing

After a week without A/C due to our overlooking the fact that our first rental was without it, it was like heaven walking into this clean, modern flat overlooking the beach and a lively area of town. A/C was great! Because it was still super hot and humid. I’ve only been here in late September and October so I was wilting. We had a couple of small issues that were corrected right away. Our checkin was easy and very nice manager. There is ample parking in a secure area that connects to the building. Kitchen was well equipped. kitchen was lovely. Yay for the ironing board and iron. You have a deck in the front and in the back, so always pick floor 1 for that. I’ve never met a european washer/dryer that I like so nothing to say about that. Dryer?...never works. That’s just a little rant of mine. All the bedrooms were nice and so were the baths. The only negative was that the bed in the master rocked. Beds are not supposed to move when you sleep. We had to put supports underneath it in order to get some sleep. That’s the only real thing that they need to address. Stay here and enjoy that great Mediterranean water, along with the other things to see on the island.

Absolutely fantastic property + very spacious and comfortable + amazing location at Alcudia Port - next to beach, port, buzzing city centre + view of the beach from the balcony terrace + modern and welcoming decor + all rooms are large / double and great for families + good kitchen and appliances + convenient parking access Would definitely stay here again.
