L'emplacement est idéal ! Même si ce n'est pas vraiment une plage, la mer se situe à 30m du logement, où l'on trouve également un restaurant qui est très bien pour boire un café ou un cocktail face à la mer. En 15min de marche vous vous retrouverez en plein coeur d'Alcudia. L'équipement est suffisant pour y passer des vacances, la literie est bonne, la cuisine correctement équipée, il y a une machine à laver et une terrasse à l'ombre.

Quelques dysfonctionnements à noter : la plancha ne fonctionnait pas, la serrure du portail d'entrée fonctionne très très mal, nous avons passé plus d'1h avant de réussir à l'ouvrir et avons donc arrêté de le fermer ensuite (la porte de l'appartement ferme sans problème), le lavabo de la salle de bain fuit et est donc inutilisable. Le service en charge du logement (Homerti) répond aux sollicitations mais n'agit pas ce qui est ennuyeux...
