Everything was more than perfect. Clean place, comfortable bed, very well equipped apartment with everything a person needs. The location was awesome! In the middle of a square in the old town, near the port and 10 minutes from the beach. Very easy self check-in and very helpful owner!!

The apartment was compact but had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was well designed and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was lovely and had a great shower. Plenty of toiletries and towels provided. Kitchenette was well equipped with kettle, toaster,microwave,hob & utensils. Great location overlooking the square with nice bars and restaurants. The windows blocked out all the noise and made it very comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the host Dominicka . It was great to be able to leave our luggage for collection later in the day.

Emperador was centrally located, comfortable, and very homely!! The bathroom was modern, and the view from the window was gorgeous! The kitchen had all amenities. The bed was comfortable and of a nice size. Dominika was very responsive in any queries we had, would definitely recommend!

It was very clean. We had a small area as a kitchen that was hidden from view. It had everything you need to cook but we just ate breakfast that did not require cooking. I appreciated that there were various amenities: soap, shower gel, hair conditioner, body lotion and slippers. Location was amazing a few minutes away from everything. The AC could be set for heat which was needed in February. You can pay by card when you arrive. We got some tips of a great restaurant: Il Pesce D'oro

I couldn't have asked for anything more about the location itself so here are some tips for going to Alghero in January instead: - many stores and restaurants are closed during winter as well as boat cruises and the schedule on Google maps is not followed. It was hard to find good places to eat. - restaurants are open only for lunch around noon and then close until around 7:30pm when they open for dinner. We missed lunch the first 2 days and we're starving at 5pm trying to find an open place with food that had more than 2* rating. - the beaches are covered in alge so you can barely see the amazing white sand beneath. But the alge have their charm after a while - Grotto di Neptuno can be reached by bus and 600 steps down but it is more often than not closed do to sea conditions. Check their Facebook or Instagram page in the morning to see if they posted that it's closed.
