Sehr geräumige und schöne Wohnung in einer neu angelegten Siedlung ohne Infrastruktur (Geschäft, Lokale). Wunderbare Sicht von der Terrasse, die ebenfalls gut möbliert ist. Auch bei Schlechtwetter eine Wohnung, in der man sich gerne aufhält.

Die Matratze des großen Doppelbettes dürfte schon recht alt sein und liegt zudem auf einem schwachen Lattenrost, der durchhängt. Außerdem ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Gegend häufig sehr hoch und schlug sich deutlich in der Matratze nieder — sie stinkt!

Decoraçao, condiçoes do apartamento.

Alguma falta de manutençao, nomeadamente o exaustor nao estar a funcionar e a estrutura do barbecue estar em mau estado!

"estadia perfeita para dias de descanso perto da praia"

o conforto, sem dúvida. o apartº está muito bem equipado, ideal para famílias. de facto não precisa de AC em pleno verão porque a zona em si permite que haja sempre uma temperatura ambiente. todos os pormenores estão muito bem pensados.

para acomodar mais camas, o quarto dos beliches torna-se muito “para os miúdos”. mais de 2 adultos, obriga a alguém a dormir no sofá. a rede da varanda está excessivamente esticada e inutilizável.
