La limpieza, el encanto del apartamento y la ubicación, así como la facilidad para aparcar

Almohadas muy incómodas, y ruido de coches al ser un bajo, especialmente en alguna habitación que tiene ventanas antiguas y no insonorizaban bien (demasiados coches, quizá porque el día que nos quedamos era fiesta local)
