Two Bedroom Residential Home with own parking

My friends and I loved everything about the accommodation. It' simple yet elegant. And the unit is also very clean and tidy. We'll definitely be coming back soon!

Very accommodating and friendly host. Property was as described. Clean modern place. Good WiFi connection. Various safety precautions, modern card-access, camera security outside. Spacious gated parking in front. Highly recommended!

Bathroom wasn't too neat. Clean place as a whole but various damaged elements in the upper floor bathroom made it look less proper than the rest of the apartment. Also some ants managed to find their way through the cracks in the bathroom walls/floor.

Good for families! Clean and spacious, AC all through out, quiet neighborhood but at the same time a short distance to shops and restaurants. Gerald was very responsive and accommodating. We needed an iron but they had a steamer for us to use so even better! We enjoyed our stay and want to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Kind of hard to find especially at night, but just text Gerald to meet you outside when you’re in Don Mamerto street and he will be more than happy to help. Thank you Gerald!

What you see is what you get! Very spacious apartment, good for families. The place is very clean when we arrived and smells great! All the rooms are nicely kept, with towels and toiletries already available. Good internet service and very beautiful interior decorations. Overall, we loved our stay here!

There was a rotational browout when we arrived so the power was out for a few minutes. It turned on not too long after though so no problem plus we were informed about it by the host👌

Everything! We loved everything about this place! The house was super clean and the amenities are complete.✨ Every room is airconditoned, even the living room! They have shower heater and hair dryer. There's free drinking water (hot and cold), microwave, ref, rice cooker and other kitchen tools too! This will definitely now be our favorite place to stay whenever we're in Pampanga. My family really loved the place and Sir Gerald was really nice and very responsive to my messages. He even asked us if we enjoyed our stay, which we truly did. ❤️ Thank you sir! It's also near the Marquee mall which is very convenient. 😊

- Great facilities, kitchen, spacious living room and bathrooms, outdoor patio - very well designed modern 2 floor apartment - extremely clean - excellent location, with very easy transport to to centre, i.e grab and local tri-cycle - spacious bedrooms and excellent a/c throughout - Netflix access without using your own account - brilliant responsive staff / management throughout our stay - unbelievable value for money for a group of 4 Absolute no hesitation in recommending this apartment, the best we stayed in so far in the Philippines
