"Buen sitio, con posibilidades pero falla el mantenimiento"

El salón, grande y precioso y las camas muy cómodas

Las puertas no cerraban, ni siquiera las de los baños…y el termostato de una de las habitaciones estaba estropeado con lo que estábamos a 15 grados. Lo hablamos con la oficina y vinieron a verlo unos empleados muy serviciales pero que no pudieron resolver nada. Las rejillas del aire acondicionado estaban totalmente atascadas. Fallos de mantenimiento

Lokatie

Hygiëne, onderhoud vd woning, troep, vies, 2 ligbaden die niet werkten, koud water. Klachten zijn direct genaild maar 2 dagen later nog geen reactie. Slecht!

"Matig verblijf, maar wel een goede locatie"

De locatie is erg goed, je stapt de deur uit en staat in het hart van het centrum en kan met het OV meteen alle kanten op.

Veel van de faciliteiten waren er niet of functioneerden niet (goed). - koffiezetapparaat deed het slecht - vaatwasser kon niet gebruikt worden wegens risico op lekkage(vooraf niet gemeld) - keukengerei was onvolledig, zoiets als een simpele koekenpan, snijmes of spatel ontbrak waardoor zelf koken een behoorlijke uitdaging wordt. - de hygiëne is niet goed in het appartement. Er zitten (bloed)vlekken op muren, gordijnen en zelfs een deel van het beddengoed. Dat is ronduit vies en niet zoals het hoort. - Er hing een behoorlijke stank bij binnenkomst in het appartement, het water had te lang stil gestaan vermoedelijk en het doucheputje was niet goed schoon.

"Personal de bienvenida súper mal educado, cogí el de tres dormitorios y a última hora me lo cambiaron por el de dos y me"

La ubicación

Sucio, atasco en las duchas , atasco en el fregadero, frigorífico sucísimo, colchas que daban miedo, almohadas negras, puertas que no cerraban, calefacción que no funcionaba en una de las habitaciones, sin TV en toda la casa, no volvería nunca.
