The host was responsive and helpful, especially with the parking situation. The space itself was decent for a last-minute stay and had what we needed for a short trip.

The location was very busy, with constant traffic and sirens throughout the night, which made it hard to rest. The unit had a noticeable odor when we first arrived. Cleanliness could definitely be improved—there were live and dead bugs in the kitchen, and the stove area appeared dirty and not well-maintained. Entry into the building was also a bit confusing at first.

Downtown location although signs that the area felt a little unsafe.

Accommodation was tired & needs some refurbishment.

Multiple signs of dirtiness between dogfood on floor. Dirty sheets and a none working microwave which was needed

Overall the property was clean it had most of the things needed. The beds were very comfortable. They had an iron. All the appliances worked great.

I stood with friends there were 2 sinks 1 had a slow leak & we didn’t like couch because of the material just our preference a leather couch is easier to clean if your a person that wipes everything down. We sat on towels on the couch. The pool was very dirty & we couldn’t enjoy it

I didn't like that there was no one there to help. The person at concierge didn't try to assist after seeing my family and I there so long trying to put in a code. If concierge was able to communicate through the intercom, I would have expected some type of query as to why a group of people were there so long. We had to knock on the window and try to talk through the glass for assistance before receiving help, and all the while she was there watching us. Once inside and we showed we paid for our stay but was unable to locate the code for access, she showed us where it was and all was well, she then described everything else we needed to know about proper parking, which wasn't described initially. The check in process was our only issue.
