The communication with the staff from Ballito accommodation office is very good. From day one when I booked the accommodation until the last day. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The property itself is lovely and very quiet. It's clean and everything works perfectly except for the WiFi... Maybe it was because of the weather. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again with my family.
