ZAThe location is great. Not much of a sea view, but it did not matter or detract from the accommodation as it is literally a couple of steps and then you're on the beach.
Nothing serious that comes to mind. I may have missed it on the advert, but it would have been great if we had known beforehand of the steps to reach the unit.

I booked through booking.com and never received instructions on how to access property. When we got in, the lady there wasn't expecting us and so flat wasn't ready.

The oven didn’t work and the bath handle was broken and very dangerous. The basins are water damaged. They were there to clean before check out which we didn’t enjoy as it made us feel very rushed

The key to open the gate didn’t work we had to wait for someone to come so that we can be able to use the gate access to the beach and also the main gate remote wasn’t working if you are far you had to be too close for it to open
AUThandi communicated well, was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and the fans and aircon (upstairs) were welcome as the weather was very hot. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated having access to the beach within a short distance and the security gates.
We were unable to use the oven as turning it on caused the power to trip. The downstairs fan appeared to have only 2 settings - very low and very high - we couldn't find a medium setting and there was no air con downstairs. We had difficulty locking and unlocking the gate to the beach.
