Location Comfy beds Modern furniture

Bunk beds with no ladder or safety sides, the beds are also in a room 2X1 m which appeared to be a old closet. Very small unit, appears bigger in photos. No balcony which is not stated. Slow lifts

I love the view and the apartment itself. Very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth the money . That's why I always look for a place at la ballito whenever I'm in Durban .

"Amazing stay at 603 LA Ballito"

Mariaan was just so amazing, she accommodated us for an early check in and late check out bcs of our traveling times. Thank you so so much, Mariaan. We had an amazing and comfortable stay at your place, definitely coming back. The place was so clean and neat. The view was amazing. The ocean is close by, totally relaxing. All the facilities are so amazing. Everything is within close reach. Beautiful vacation.

I wish the (inner) linen was sprayed with something to neutralize or remove the body scent of the previous tenants :)

"THE BEST!!!"

The owners communicated well and ahead of arrival... Staff was very friendly... Apartment was exactly as seen on the pictures... Very clean, well decorated, well equipped... WIFI worked well, DSTV full bouquet... Swimming pool and very close proximity to the beach. Location is very safe with friendly neighbors, even did morning runs with the local runners... No noise and beautiful views.

"Beautiful Apartment and Perfectly positioned."

Apartment has fresh early colours which are welcoming to guests. Well maintained apartment with beautiful finishes. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and grocery store. During load shedding, the complex had power & elevator was working. Security was very friendly and patient.

The property was not clean. We had to clean the shower before using it, cleaning people are not doing good work. The windows were very dirty and that is the main view of the beach. Underneath the beds was very dirty in both rooms. Property owners should consider adding diffusers to add an inviting smell into the property.
