Apartment in good location. Clean, good facilities, and plenty of space. Excellent place to relax and enjoy Bamberg.

Problem with owner wanting payment in cash. Hard for non Europeans, using overseas sim cards to pay using a bank transfer.

"Great apartment"

Close to the hbf, supermarket around the corner, 20 minutes from the centre, close to all amenities. Really comfortable apartment, we loved the decor it was very retro, and the bed was so comfy. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment. Although it is not far from the main road, it was exceedingly quiet where the apartment is located. We were sorry to leave and could happily have stayed for longer. Loved it. Would stay again.

Payment was either via bank transfer or payment in cash at a local hotel. Luckily, I realised before our stay that the fee wouldn't be taken via credit card and managed to transfer the cash in time by bank transfer.

"A SCAM NOT REALLY CONNECTED WITH BOOKING (I was told)"

NOTHING -- this is a scam property and the ad needs to be removed.

This is a scam property. When I got there, there is no hotel. Some guy is renting out his flat. He is never there but I was told to walk over a mile to a different location and pay some man IN CASH because this property is NOT associated with Booking. I left and went to the a hotel where I stayed last December. I did not stay there. Another apartment dweller told me what was going on and the man cannot take credit cards. I do not have that much cash with me!!!
