Nothing except the reception staff was trying very nice to comfort us.

The bathroom was not mantained properly and is very smelly. The facilities were very poor and so is the matress. The matresses were as hard as a brick. The reception staff weren't ready despite we informed them much earlier of our arrival. Although we booked two separate rooms for two nights, we don't mind to forego the second night as it was really bad. Overall, the whole episode is very disappointing to me and my family. We hoped the owner should take heed to be more responsible than being selfish and greedy. The least they can do is to prepare the bathroom kits (soap, detergent,etc).
