Everything is perfect here! Located in a beautiful area close to the beach! The apartment is everything you could ever dream of: spatious, new, clean, with every utility. Even though we have not met the host face to face, the communication was excellent and she catered to our needs very quickly and well! I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

a perfect location for Bat Yam and close to bus stations to ate Aviv - Jaffa. A modern designer apartment makes you feel at home at he same time.

The property was very nice and the hostess was very sweet. she left us champagne and some treats for the kids

I would not recommend the apt for a family who keeps Shabbat. there was no dining room table and it was quite a lot of stairs to walk.

The appartment is located at a great place only one block from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants

This should not be called a 5 room luxury appartment. It`s a 3 bedroom appartment with an additional very small room without window. There is no eating table, but only 6 seating places at the kitchen block. We were a group of 9 (the landlord was aware) and unfortunately had no chance to enjoy dinner at one table. The coffee machine did not work, but the landlord tried hard to repair and even brought a second one (which did not work neither). After some heavy cleaning the first one worked, though. The dryer did not work neither and unfortunately the drying stand was not present in the appartment so we had to go to a laundry. The landlord can get fairly rough and accused me of being complicated - whilst I rather tried to get the coffee machine and dryer repaired. She did not hand over the appartment but only sent videos via whats up, what made it very lengthy to find the parking lot, if you don^t read hebrew. When we informed her that the dryer did not work, we had to send many pictires and spend a long time on the phone, prior to her coming over to try (unsuccessfully) to fix it.

the location is good. close to the beach and promenade. The owner generally responds quickly. there is an elevator.

very dirty apartment. cheap materials. sitting on furniture is scary. beds are small. It is not possible to sleep on mattresses. There was no dryer to dry clothes. The owner brought it only at the end of the stay. The building is old. The elevator is small.
