It was fine for what it was

The location of the apartment was good that it's only a 5 min walk to a shopping center. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

1) There was no reception or clear sign of the accommodation. 2) The room was filled with detergent / insect spray smell that made me sleepless. 3) It was very hard to locate the place and the room was located in the middle of many other local residents. 4) The guard at the front door had no idea about this accommodation in the hood.

You are on a good location with many opportunities of restaurants and also bars. Directly at the location you will find a supermarket you can get everything you need. The apartment offers a lot of space and I feel very comfortable there. Most important for me the kitchen. You are able to cook your own food and feel like a local. Helen and the rest of the stuff did a very good job. Thank you very much for hosting me!

Large and comfortable apartment close to the arts District. The host let me have an early check in which was nice.

Finding the apartment was nearly impossible (even my taxi driver struggled) and check-in was not great as the host provided very little instructions. The apartment is in a residential complex and there is no signage or instructions on how or where to check in and get the keys (no one in the complex could help either). I had to wait 3 hours for the host to reply to my booking messages. I do recommend staying here, just make sure you get very clear check in instructions beforehand with images showing where to go.

Good location, friendly stuff.

The apartment was not really clean. Especially the bathroom. Molded shower. Pretty new apartment but pity wasn’t really well maintained.
