The apartment was immaculate - spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There were lots of thoughtful touches as well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spacious and Convenient, But Bathroom Cleanliness Needs Serious Attention We had a mixed experience during our stay. The apartment itself is lovely — spacious, bright, and very well-equipped. The modern kitchen was a real highlight, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay: a full stove, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and more. The rooftop terrace with the picnic table was another standout feature — perfect for enjoying a coffee or meal outdoors. Check-in was also smooth, with clear instructions for accessing the lockbox. Overall, this unit has a lot of potential — great location, thoughtful kitchen setup, and comfortable space — but it needs more attention to cleanliness and bedding quality to match its otherwise lovely atmosphere. Would I stay again? Possibly, if the bathroom and bedding issues are addressed, as the space itself and the rooftop area were truly excellent.

Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness was a major issue, with significant visible mould around the bathtub and a dirty air vent, which made the space feel unclean. The bathroom could really benefit from better ventilation and a good deep clean. Some additional shelving and a toilet paper holder would also make the setup more practical for guests. The beds were a bit uncomfortable — the mattresses were larger than the frames, making it feel like you could roll off the edge. The fitted sheets also didn’t match the mattress sizes properly, and without flat sheets, it was hard to tell if the duvet covers were freshly washed. The towels were quite small and thin, so plusher replacements would really elevate comfort. The only reason I gave a rating of 5 was for the bathroom mould. The unit itself is a solid 8, but the bathroom and beds brought my rating down.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Great location. Easy walk to the city centre or taxis next door or public transport outside.

No lift and had to lug a heavy bag up flights of stairs.

My wife and I have been traveling for three weeks all around Ireland and Northern Ireland, and we both agreed that this was one of our favorite accommodations. We were a little worried about on-street parking but we had no trouble finding parking right by the unit. The unit is private and has a wonderful outdoor patio area with a splendid view of a nearby old church. There's a grocery store and pub both within a few steps, plus a sheltered taxi stand and ATM. The neighborhood felt totally safe. It was easy to drive to all the many sights Belfast offers. As for the apartment itself, it was spotlessly clean and had all the conveniences including a washing machine. The beds were comfortable. If you're very old or infirm note that you go up a flight of steps to get to the apartment. The communications with our host Barry were great. All in all we were very pleased with this place as our base for exploring Belfast for three days. (Hint: take a Black Taxi Tour and visit the Ulster Museum to learn about the Troubles: we are so glad that beautiful Belfast has come through that.)

Great location, only 5 minute drive into town. Quiet spot with shops, pubs and food options nearby. Apartment was spotless and had everything needed for self catering.

It was really clean and tidy, easy to find.

Nothing to fault only thing I would note is if you arrive late like we did, there are no open shops so worth getting drinks and bringing with you if you’re fussy like us.
